90 Fifth Avenue is a light, airy, modern office space a block from Union Square. The building epitomizes the elegance of turn of the 20th century architecture, offering a new arrival experience with a contemporary lobby and elevators redesigned by STUDIOS Architecture. With efficient floorplates of 12,600 SF, spaces inside 90 Fifth Avenue are flooded with natural light, while the 3,000 SF landscaped roof terrace harmonizes indoor and outdoor workspaces by creating an inviting and laid-back atmosphere. We succeeded to create an elegant and contemporary brand that’s equally impressive in digital and print formats and communicates perfectly the artistic and classy nature of the building. A printed brochure with foils and tactile paper stock was produced to sit along side a very modern and contemporary website amongst other deliverables.
