60 Wall Street is a titan of Downtown Manhattan. It is a headquarters building that has been off-market for a decade. Now, it is being renovated, re-imagined and redeveloped into a state-of- the-art building for tomorrow’s tenants. Once a huge fortress for finance, 60 Wall Street is changing into an open, welcoming headquarters with vast, light-filled contiguous spaces that feel great to work in, sweeping, views across Manhattan and a welcoming public atrium that thrives on the contagious energy of a place undergoing transformation. We created a sophisticated brand with a liner graphic language to represent this new facade and professional warm tones with pops of bright neon tech color to reflect this change of perception. We created strong messaging ‘Wall Street, but not as you know it’ to provoke a change in attitude while art directing photography and creating light filled renderings full of greenery with younger mixed demographics to help communicate this transformation across all new digital and print collateral. 60 Wall Street presents tenants with the opportunity to be part of Wall Street’s transformational change.
